Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Kawaii Klean. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure you are fully informed about how returns and refunds are processed.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please contact our customer service department at support@kawaiiklean.com. We will guide you through the process of returning your product.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, new condition. It must also be in the unopened and original packaging.
  • The item must be returned to us within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you.

Please note, items that are missing parts or have been opened are not eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee Please be aware that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of your item(s) and is deducted from your refund. The restocking fee is imposed to cover the cost of processing returns and restocking items.

Return Shipping The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund amount will reflect the deduction of the 25% restocking fee.

Exceptions Some items are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@kawaiiklean.com for instructions.
