Kawaii Klean Shipping Policy & Procedures

Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing includes picking, packing, and preparing the order for shipment.
  • Once shipped, delivery can take an additional 1-9 business days, depending on the selected shipping method. Customers will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment. Guest checkout may not provide tracking details.
  • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Order Cancellations and Changes

  • Orders are final once placed. We cannot cancel or alter orders. Please review your order carefully before submission.

Discounts and Promotions

  • Current deals are listed on our Current Deals page. Follow us on social media and subscribe to our newsletter for the latest sales information.
  • Coupon codes are subject to terms and cannot be combined or used on certain items. Please refer to the specific promotion details for eligibility.

Tracking Your Order

Damaged Orders

  • Report damaged items within ten days of delivery. Documentation, such as photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, may be required to assist with your claim.

Missing Items

  • Report any missing items within ten days of delivery to our Customer Service for resolution.

Non-receipt of Order

  • If your order is missing or marked 'delivered' but not received, promptly contact Customer Service for support.

Third-Party Purchases

  • For items bought from third-party sites/stores within the last 30 days, please contact the original seller for assistance.

In-Store Purchases and Returns

  • Online purchases cannot be returned at Detail Garage stores. Each purchase channel is considered separate and subject to its return policy.

Tax-Exempt Orders

  • Tax-exempt orders are not processed through our website. Please contact our partnered wholesale distributors for such purchases.

Product Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed. You authorize recurring charges based on the selected frequency and quantity. Manage your subscription via your account or contact Customer Service for modifications or cancellations.
